Consulting is traditionally done via telephone but I also offer Zoom appointments and
a limited number of in-person sessions for clients in certain areas of Ontario.

A) Weekly 60 min Mentoring/Coaching Sessions* - $350 per month  X 3 months 
Includes:

• 60 min discovery session (counts as 1 of the monthly sessions)
• 4 X 60 min sessions per month
• Plus email communication and support 
• A TOTAL of 12 sessions

B) Bi-Weekly 60 min Mentoring/Coaching Sessions* - $199 per month (+ HST) X 3 months 
Includes:

• 60 min discovery session (counts as 1 of the monthly sessions)
• 2 X 60 min sessions per month
• Plus email communication and support 
• A TOTAL of 6 sessions

C) 4 Weekly 30 min Mentoring/Coaching Sessions* (Maintenance Plan) - $250 for 1 month

Includes:

• 4 X 30 min sessions per month
• Plus email communication and support 
• A TOTAL of 4 sessions

D) (5) 60 min Coaching Sessions* No Fixed Time - $450 for 1 month

Includes:

• 5 X 60 min sessions (no fixed time-limit)
• Plus email communication and support
• A TOTAL of 5 sessions
